First Bank contributes to local non-profits

Richmond, Indiana – First Bank Richmond announced that they made the following contributions to local not for profit organizations during 3rd and 4th quarters of 2121. The organizations who received these contributions include the following:

  • $2,500 contribution to the following:
    – Richmond Art Museum – Palette to Palate Event
    – Golay Center – Annual Contribution

  • $5,000 contributions to each of the following:
    – Richmond Pickleball – Upgrades to local courts
    – Wayne County Historical Museum – Annual Contribution
    – Cardinal Greenway – Annual Contribution
    – Richmond Columbian Properties – Quality of Place Conference & Photo Exhibit
    – Communities in Schools – Annual Contribution

  • $10,000 contribution to the following:
    – Richmond Parks and Recreation – Winter’s Farmer’s Market sponsor

  • Board/employee leadership and participation with local not-for-profit organizations. Last year, 60% of their staff served on a board or a committee.
  • Donations (in-kind) and fundraising efforts to promote local initiatives.
