Updates to our standard practices in the time of coronavirus.
The well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority. To maintain a safe environment during this time, we’ve made some updates to the standard practices within our lobbies.
Here's what to expect:
All employees and customers are required to wear a mask when inside any of our facilities.
Employees will go through a daily good health evaluation which includes taking their body temperature.
Employees will contact HR immediately if they test positive for COVID-19, or come in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
Employees should frequently wash their hands and use hand sanitizer when needed.
Hand sanitizer will be available in the lobbies. Use before and after visiting is encouraged.
Installation of plexiglass shields at teller stations, desks, and conference rooms.
Enforcement of social distancing practices.
Each location will be set up to follow the 6 ft. social distancing guidelines.
Intensified disinfecting protocol.
Personnel are responsible for wiping down and disinfecting common areas multiple times daily. This includes teller counters, shields, kiosks, door handles, drive-thru equipment, ATMs, and any other areas touched and used by visitors at the Bank. Meeting rooms with customers will be disinfected after each use. All locations will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected each night.
Removal of all common use supplies.
Lobby items have been removed to reduce customer contact such as coffee, brochures, deposit/withdrawal slips, etc.
Customer-contact employees to wear masks.
Employees will be required to wear a protective mask and maintain social distancing while meeting with customers, walking through customer lobby areas, and behind the teller line during lobby hours.
Customer Masks, Identification and Security.
If a customer enters the Bank that can be identified and is known by personnel at the Bank, there will be no need to remove the mask. However, if a customer is not known, and bank personnel cannot identify them in the mask, that person will be required to lower the mask and face one of the security cameras for a picture. We will need to maintain the six feet of separation while the mask is lowered. Lowering a mask for documentation is a security practice we must enforce in order to keep our employees and customers safe. Those who do not comply will be asked to use drive-thru services.
The Bank will provide ongoing updated information concerning COVID-19, evaluate practices and make updates as needed.
