First Bank Richmond is pleased to announce Version 1.0 of our Online Banking product. This new version includes many new features to make banking with us more convenient.

One change will affect the way you access your accounts. Due to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Privacy Act legislation, your security name & password will be changed and account viewing will no longer be available by household number. In the new version of First Bank Richmond's Online Banking product, account viewing will be by primary ownership (Social Security Number, SS#).

Some accounts that you viewed in our old system may not be accessible unless you are the primary owner (SS#) on the account. If you need to review someone else's account you will need written authorization to do so.

Version 1.0 is a result of feedback from many of our Online Banking customers. We are confident that these changes, along with our complete array of banking products, will enhance your banking experience with First Bank Richmond.
